Welcome to Alfahad Services & Manpower. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the
following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully.
1. Company Overview
Alfahad Services & Manpower is a licensed recruitment and manpower supply agency based in the Kingdom of Bahrain. We specialize
in the recruitment of skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled labor, as well as domestic workers, both locally and internationally, including
deployment to selected European countries.
2. Use of Website
- The content of this website is for general information purposes only and is subject to change without notice.
- Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.
3. Service Terms
- Services include sourcing, screening, recruitment, and placement of candidates as per the client’s requirements.
- All recruitment processes will be carried out in accordance with Bahrain labor laws and the labor laws of the destination
country (if applicable).
- The client must provide a valid job offer or job order before the recruitment process begins.
4. Fees & Payment
- All service charges will be agreed upon in writing prior to the start of the recruitment process.
- Local Recruitment: Agency service charge is equivalent to one month’s basic salary of the selected candidate.
- Overseas Recruitment: Agency service charge is 15 days’ basic salary per candidate.
- Payment terms and invoicing will be clearly stated in the client agreement or invoice.
- All payments must be made as per the agreed timelines to avoid service disruption.
5. Candidate Guarantee & Replacement
- A replacement candidate will be provided within 30 to 60 days if the selected candidate is found Medically Unfit.
- Replacements are only provided once and under conditions specified in the client agreement.
6. Employer Responsibilities
- Employers are required to offer a safe, legal, and respectful work environment in compliance with applicable labor laws.
- Employers must process visa applications, provide proper accommodation, pay salaries on time, and honor all contract terms.
7. Candidate Conduct
- Alfahad Services & Manpower conducts initial screening and verification, but we do not guarantee long-term behavior or
performance of a candidate once employed.
- Clients are encouraged to conduct interviews or skills assessments before final selection
8. Confidentiality
All personal data and business information exchanged between Alfahad and the client will remain confidential and will not be
shared with third parties without written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Alfahad Services & Manpower is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from employment
issues after candidate deployment.
- We are not responsible for any loss incurred due to misuse of information or services.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement in writing, subject to settlement of outstanding obligations and finalization of any
ongoing recruitment processes.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of Bahraini courts.
12. Changes to Terms
Alfahad Services & Manpower reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the site or services after such changes indicates acceptance.

We protect client and candidate information with the highest confidentiality. All personal data is handled under Bahraini data
protection laws and is not shared without consent.
